We take your material to our Data Storage Centers secured facility and shred it there.
We provide locking security bins in either a wheel based receptacle or cabinet consoles or both at no charge to you. Once shred bins/consoles are ready to be retrieved, a simple call to Data Storage Centers will start the process of coordinating the transfer. Our DSC uniformed employee will secure the bins onsite, insuring all receptacles are secured for transport, replace with new bin and transfer locked receptacle back to our secured facility. Once destroyed, the material is compacted and mixed with other data, making it virtually unidentifiable.
We will send you a certificate of destruction, insuring your legal obligation and compliance requirements have been met.
